Our employees are trained and licensed to look for and treat for pests and diseases It is extremely important that any tree company you choose to do business with have all the correct insurance in place and should be available to answer your questions about any of these issues.

  • What is a Certified Arborist?

    A Certified Arborist has a broad base of knowledge about tree and woody plant care, pesticides, planting safety and related technical matters. At Walker Tree Care Inc, we employ many Certified Arborists as part of our commitment to industry expertise and standards.   • Do you offer emergency tree services?

    Yes! We’re available for storm damage, fallen trees, or any urgent tree hazards.

  • How do I get a quote?

    You can request a free estimate by calling us, filling out our online form at www.walkertreecare.com , or sending us an email with details about your project.

  • Do you charge for an estimate?

    We provide complimentary estimates to tree owners within our service area. Contact us via our website or give us a call to arrange a convenient time for one of our knowledgeable team members to provide you with a quote.

  • How soon can you schedule my job?

    We work hard to schedule jobs promptly as they are accepted. Emergency work takes priority — otherwise, we’ll get you on our calendar as quickly as possible and EMAIL all customer’s with  their service date.

  • What if the weather is bad on my scheduled day?

    Your safety and the safety of our crew come first. If severe weather makes it unsafe to complete your job — like heavy rain, lightning, or high winds — we may need to reschedule. We’ll notify you as soon as possible with the next available dates for the calendar.

  • Why is it necessary for a tree company to have insurance?

  • Do you check for underground utilities?

    Yes! We always call 811 or your local utility locate service before digging to plant or stump grinding.

Property & Cleanup

  • Do I need to be home the day of service?

    No, as long as we have access and clear instructions. We’ll coordinate with you in advance.

  • Can I keep the wood or mulch?

    If you’d like to keep firewood or wood chips, just let us know in advance.

  • Will your equipment damage my lawn or driveway?

    Heavy equipment may leave some marks, but we use protective mats and techniques to minimize this.

Pricing & Payment

  • How do you determine the cost?

    Pricing depends on the size, location, and condition of the tree, as well as the complexity of the job. We provide clear, upfront estimates.

  • When is the payment due?

    Payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

    • Credit Card fee is 3.5% on all transactions.
